Welcome to AI Logo Maker! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Logo Maker mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by ("we," "our," or "us").


By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License & Scope of Use

We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Logo Maker for personal or commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the App software code.

2. AI Output & Intellectual Property

Ownership of Generated Content: Subject to applicable laws and your active subscription status, logos generated by you using the App are intended for your usage, including personal or commercial branding.

Trademark & Uniqueness Disclaimer: Due to the probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence (AI), outputs generated by AI may not be unique across different users entering similar prompts. We does not guarantee that generated logos are unique, free from third-party trademark infringement, or eligible for legal trademark protection. You are solely responsible for conducting appropriate legal and trademark searches prior to commercial trademark registration.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to enter prompts or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or in violation of applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Billing: Access to premium features, high-resolution downloads, or advanced AI generation tools may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Charges are billed via your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Refunds: All financial transactions and refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App or AI generation services, which may depend on third-party API availability.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data arising out of or related to your use of the App or AI-generated logos.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
